It never fails...I drop off my prescriptions in Spanaway and come back a few hours later and something always happens. My prescriptions are filled at a different location or there...

It never fails...I drop off my prescriptions in Spanaway and come back a few hours later and something always happens. My prescriptions are filled at a different location or there is a glitch with the insurance. It's always something. It can never be just a simple pickup. So, I've finally given up the convenience of a 24-hour pharmacy, since this particular pharmacy is anything but convenient. it's never their fault and they are never sorry. I have recently switched to Walmart's Pharmacy. Pros: 24 hours Cons: Terrible Customer Service. Orders not filled or billed correctly. more

The nicest pharmacy 7/31/2005

I have been with them for 7 years now. The pharmacists are just the best and so helpful. The cashiers in the store are very nice and helpful. I see the same ones there and have been there many years. If the manager is needed, they are right there. The staff is helpful to find things if you cannot. PROS: Very clean, bright, helpful staff. CONS: Hard to find on sale stuff sometimes more
