I know people usually come on here to tell you how terrible a place was because they are upset. Some rants don't equal the issue. Unfortunately, this is the worst experience at a drugstore, of all places. There is an unfortunate young lady working in the photo department that needs so much attention she needs to hold YOUR photos hostage. It is very sad to experience such a nasty young 20-something year old. While I appreciate her sticking to the "federal photo laws" (yep, careful, read up on those before you try to print your photos there), she can do it with a little more tact and kindness. I know 10 months at Walgreens means years of experience, but it obviously does not gain any wisdom with customer service. I would avoid their photo department.
