my son was suppose to have a prescription today at 2pm upon arriving they said insurance would not pay to contact dr and get another my wife went to emergency rm to have walgreens to call and he would give another prescription she arrived about 8:45 p.m my wife asked if they would please call hospital the assistant said there was not enough time my wife said please look at my son he has poison ivy and oak all over his body and on his face if this gets into his eyes this could be serious my point this is a child walgreens could be more accomadating and compassioanate all it would have taken was a 2 minute phone call the assistant would not let my wife even talk to pharamist her name is vela d very upset in Lewisburg gary.m more

Poor customer service 5/19/2013

The people at this walgreens photo need to get it together. I tried to print pictures from my cd they told me I need copy rights to it. I called my photographer and he informed me the copy rights to it are printed on the front of the cd. I tried to go back up there and print them again a different women from the first visit wouldn't even look at the cd. She stated they needed written proof. Had she looked on the cd she would have seen the written proof on it. Won't go here again. more
