Walmart in Alliance, Ohio is a store with great customer service. Something they do that many don't know, is comp competitor's prices. If Giant eagle has something on sale, Walmart will match that price! They take coupons, and the employees are usually friendly and courteous. I bought curtains there a few months ago, and after hanging them, they were all different shades of off-white. I e-mailed Walmart and the next day the manager of that store called me, offering to replace the curtains or do anything else to fix it. That's what the public likes to hear!
