I was tired of my sagging neck/face and chose Dr. Stoeckel to do my facelift after visiting two plastic surgery locations. I chose Wake Plastic Surgery because Dr. Stoeckel was so thorough in explaining the procedure and answered all my many questions. I'm so happy that I chose him to do my surgery!! Not only did I get a facelift, but I also had lower eyelid surgery and Erbium laser surgery, and the results are fantastic! No more sagging neck, my complexion is smoother, and no more puffiness under my eyes! Dr. Stoeckel and his entire staff are amazing! From the first consultation, through the surgery, recovery period, and all follow-up visits, I felt like I was their number one priority. Dr. Stoeckel and his amazing wonderful staff have truly fulfilled my expectations in deciding to go ahead with eye lid surgery. This is something I have thought about for a very long time. After meeting the staff and Dr. Stoeckel they explained everything from start to finish, what would happen and what to expect. Surprisingly to me after discussing an upper lid eye surgery I decided to do lower lid eye surgery as well. This was the best move and the outcome was more than I ever expected. I would highly recommend if doing upper lids think about lower lids if suggested. Friends and family say I look great but no one asked if I had surgery. All I can say is WOW! Everyone in this office from Dr. Stoeckel to his nurse, assistants, office staff, etc., are wonderful. I had a breast reduction along with a cyst removed from in front of my ear. I had seen an ENT doctor from Duke who had looked at my cyst several times and did xrays and cat scans and still was unsure about removing it...I felt like I had an earache all the time...ugh!!! Dr. Stoeckel did a great job with both procedures....I could not be happier with the outcome! Dr. Stoeckel is extremely easy to talk to, will answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed or silly or embarrassed. I LOVE THEM ALL and will go back for other procedures without hesitation! I would highly recommend this office! more

I am sorry to report that my experience and results have been crushingly disappointing. First, yes, the staff as well as Dr Stoeckel are very pleasant. Dr Stoeckel is friendly and not pretentious. I'm so sad and disappointed to state that my under eye surgery left bags under my left eye. Tat dr then said the solution was more, less invasive surgery. I consented. Now I am left with a small scar, but, more obvious is the bag he left behind. Now he says it's irreparable and I'm stuck looking odd while being very self conscious. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. I bet my review never appears, but BUYER BEWARE more

From the moment I walked in the door of Wake Plastic Surgery, I knew I had chosen the right place to have my first nightmare of a plastic surgery done by another dr corrected. I had previously had saline adjustable implants that the dr overfilled, causing a complete tear in my right pectoral muscle and a leak in my left implant. After Dr. Stoeckel recommended removing the implants and allowing my chest wall to heal, I then had reconstructive surgery and silicone implants placed in. My recovery was almost pain free and the results I could not have been happier with. I would trust the dr with a knife in his hand while he was blindfolded. Definitely recommend this place! I had surgery performed about two years ago and even had a second, smaller surgery to try to correct some of the problems, but here I am two years later and I still have yet to feel comfortable taking photographs from the front angle because my nose looks so crooked. My nose did not look crooked prior to my surgery. My nostrils are completely uneven. I am not happy with my results and do not recommend this place. I am looking to go someplace else now to get this problem corrected. more

I have been going to Patty Myers for my chemical peels for about 2 years now and love her! She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of skin care without being pushy. I never feel like she's trying to talk me into doing more than I need to. On top of that she is very down to earth and easy to talk to. more

After having two kids and nursing both kids for a year each my body had taken a beating. I was at an ideal body weight and going to the gym regularly however my body was not what I wanted it to be. Dr. Stoeckel performed a tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift and augmentation to give me my body back. He was very compassionate and supportive and had great suggestions. I did not want to walk out of his office looking like a ""barbie"", just a more improved version of myself. I am very pleased with my results. I was referred to Wake Plastic Surgery by a friend, who stated that Dr. Stoekel was an excellent choice for any cosmetic needs. I first tried the skin care and was more than delighted by the staff and their ability to create a family atmosphere. Everyone always knew my name and wanted to know how I was personally. I researched breast reduction and lift surgery for quite a while before choosing 2 doctors to visit. I was very nervous and hesitant about the consultation. So, I went for a consult today and let me tell u this is the best consult ever. I have done my reasearch on tummy tucks and been to two other Dr. for consults before this . They were so judgmental and made me feel even worse about myself. Dr. stoeckel and his staff are wonderful and the Dr. even pointed out the good things about my body and was encouraging and sure of great results! He is very sure of hisself and his work. Dr. Stoeckel's office was a recommendation to me from a friend while I was researching reputable plastic surgeons in Raleigh. From the initial consult appointment to my post ops after surgery I was nothing but very pleased with Dr. Stoeckel and his team. The girls made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked in the door. Janell is so wonderful and helped me work out the finances to afford all the wonderful procedures I recieved. I had rhinoplasty and was so nervous of how my nose would look and it still looks like me just more beautiful than I was before. In 2009, I went to Dr. Stoeckel for a breast reduction and at first my insurance denied me. The front desk receptionist Karen was so so nice, I called them frequently and never was she rude, when I asked her a question and she did not have a answer, she would tell me that she would call me back and I always recieved a return call on the same business day. In 2011, recieved a new insurance carrier that approved me for my breast reduction. Once again any and all questions I had, they were answered immediately or within 24 hours. I finally had my surgey on 12/5, after my surgery I was concerned about some bleeding. Each and everytime I called the office I was able to speak to someone that would answer my question. The best part about it was after hours when I was concerned and contacted the office, I was transfered directly to Dr. Stoeckel which made me feel so special. I can honestly say that he and his staff are the best plastic surgeons in the NC area. The staff at Wake Plastic Surgery are phenominal!!!!!!!!! I wish I could go there right now and hug each and everyone of them.
