Wake Health Medical Group

I have never written a review before but felt compelled to write about what a wonderful place Wake Health Medical group is. I've been a patient of WHMG for about two years and whether I am there for a skin treatment or medical issue the staff has always been so kind and professional. A few months back I was having a medical issue and saw Robin who was amazing. She spent so much time with me And truly listen to my concerns. It's not just a place for women, my husband frequently gets medical massages there to elevate pain from a herniated disc. Thank you WHMG!!\r \r \r \r more

I had Liposonix done at Wake Health approximately 8 weeks ago. I was told it would take 12 weeks to achieve full results, but I have already lost over an inch from my inner thighs as well as my abdomen! Very exciting procedure with absolutely no down time. The staff were amazing! Very happy with my results! more

I have been going to Wake Health Medical Group for almost two years and have consistently had positive experiences. The front desk is very attentive and courteous. I have been doing microdermabrasion treatments with Emily and she is very professional and knowledgable, resulting in a very noticeable improvement in my skin...I am very happy with the results!! more

I love the staff, the treatments, and the fact that they have helped me with my acne. And now they have a new procedure called Liposonix. That melting my back fat away, in one hour...sure it was painful, for bits and pieces of the process, sure it took me EIGHT weeks to see the difference...but its an incredible treatment. My advice if you have an extra little area you need melted away, with no down time, and non invasive...think Wake Health, think Liposonix. more

I had the privilige and good fortune to visit Wake Health Medical Group this past weekend. I had an appointment for skin treatment and I was treated like their VIP client on my first visit. Martha Galli is one of the PA there and she impressed me with her knowledge and attention to detail. She is very intelligent and corteous and you will feel like you are receiving great care. I do recommend Martha for a skin checkup and I am sure she will make you more beautiful and I am also sure that she knows the importance of having a ""satisfied client"". If you want to treat yourself and look younger and more confident, call Martha and pamper yourself with an appointment. I did and am sure I will be coming back there. more

On 1/17/2013 I had gone to Wake Health Medical Group for Laser Tattoo Removal. This was my 2nd treatment. When I was seen the Nurse told me she had good news. Apparently there was some type of Groupon Promotion where one of your Laser Tattoo Removal treatments were free. All you had to pay was the $10 for the Lidocaine Numbing product. When I left the Nurse informed the front desk staff and I was only charged $10. When I went back on 2/27/13 for my 3rd treatment I was told I had to pay the $75 from the Office Manager. I was upset as this seems beyond shady. I explained the above to her and she stated that they don't do Groupons. I told her that this was a problem with her employees and not myself. They should have never told me that the service was free. The Office Manager told me she would speak to the Nurse who did my Laser Tattoo Removal and get back to me. On 2/28/13 the Office Manager called me, during work I might add, to collect the $75. She made me feel like I was an idiot and more

What is funny is I do remember some sort of Groupon stapled in my file but now it's mysteriously vanished. Also if you do a search for ""Groupon Wake Health Medical"" a shot load appear on Groupon and their Facebook page. Talk about the most shady, sneaky people ever! more

Just came from having a facial with Kim. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my appointment both pleasurable and beneficial. Thanks Kim, see you again in 3 weeks. more

My husband sent me in for a facial as a birthday gift -- and boy, was it a treat! My skin was carefully and thoroughly exfoliated, followed by a massage and facial mask. The staff was outgoing and great to conversate with, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They went above and beyond and even sent me home with some samples. I've made a follow up appointment for a massage and expect nothing less than the best from them! more

Much of my teenage years and early twenties I struggled with acne. I decided to come to Wake Health to see if there was anything they could do about my acne scars. My doctor fully explained what treatment options she felt would work best, and helped me decide on the right one for me. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for cryotherapy, which despite how the name may sound, was not painful, but very effective. My skin looks better than it ever has and I would highly recommend the treatment to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. more

This is the best place ever! I walked in not sure I belonged in a Med Spa.... and walked out feeling like I was family. From the time I stepped in the door, i was greeted with smiling faces, and warm welcomes. All of the staff were busy, but took a moment out to make me feel welcomed. Not many places are like this. My consult was free, and I received personal attention and had all my questions answered. They were not pushy, but were able to offer more services, that I had no idea they could do. The Best part is- most of what I need / want..... my insurance will cover! Now, i can have my acne treated, get the mole removed from my neck and get massages!!! I'm telling you- if you want a great dotors office, that has the warm feel of a spa,..... This is your place! Thank you everyone @ Wake Health!! You are GREAT! more

What an awesome experience! I stubbled in thinking there wasn't a cure for my acne, when at last I can walk out of my house without make-up! All the treatments that I've received have been well worth it! The staff has always been very helpful in pointing me towards the best products for my skin, and very professional. When I saw this the One Year Unlimited Laser Hair-Removal Treatments coupon, I jumped on it immediately. But as it turns out, I would have saved money if I hadn't. It turns out that its false advertising. It's NOT unlimited. It is only for ONE big area or THREE small areas. And when doing the math, even if I paid for everything at the Groupon price I would have paid less money than if I had used this coupon. And then to top everything off, the manager tells me that in reality six treatments are not enough and that by buying this deal, you will have to come back to finish the treatment and in turn spending more money than you had ever planned to. more

This location has everything! Medical staff that provide ""Injectable Beauty"", top-notch skincare, nutritional counseling and weight-loss with Chiropractic care being the icing on the cake! more

I had a friend who told me about this place because the acne treatments was covered by insurance! All I had to do was pay my regular co-pay and I got my acne treatment (just like a mini facial!) and it was great. They sent me home with samples to make sure the products I was sampling was what my skin needed before i purchased a full bottle of cleanser and lotion. They were super nice and the best part yet is that they are getting massage therapists! Can't wait for that!! Overall this place is great; amazing staff, tons of wonderful procedures and lots of services covered by insurance!! I will definatly recommend it to all my girlfriends! more

I found out about this place from a friend, and honestly didn't believe her when she told me that Wake Health Medical Group accepted Insurance for acne treatments. I have been to a lot of places, and seen a lot of doctors regarding my acne.... nothing has helped. more
