My parents purchase their heating/ac from your company approx. 20 years ago. You have serviced their unit since. Today my elderly mom called to report she had been without heat since the weekend. 2 men came out (? Wagner, and ?) one stayed on the cell phone and the other checked the thermostat and the outside unit. One man continued to complain that "this unit is so old". The heat finally did come on. They were not communicative with my mom and she did not sign any bill. The heat only lasted 10 minutes and she has not been able to get in touch with them since! Please help her out and we'll be in touch tomorrow.\r
