poor customer service 4/8/2011

I went to this Waffle House on Friday morning around 5:30. The three workers were outside smoking with a customer. There were no customers in the store. They told me to go in and have a seat and they would be in in a minute. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came in. I was so angry at this treatment that I got a cup of coffee and left to eat elsewhere. I will NOT be back on this shift. more

Never go again 8/21/2006

Went in one night and the waitress ignored us due to having her friends in there as customers and only when we got up after 5 minutes sitting without even being acknowledged did she say ""I'll be with you in a minute"". Too late, you minute was long up. We went elsewhere. Pros: Was close by and open 24/7 Cons: Wait staff was unprofessional more
