I had a terrible experience with Dr. Curry who did bunion surgery on both of my feet. He promised that there would be no recorrence and unbelievably, one of them is almost back to where it was FIVE MONTHS LATER!!! And now things are even going to be worse because of the type of surgery that he did. He of course is recommending more surgery - which I can neither afford nor take time to do. This is not an isolated example. I referred another acquaintance who has had the exact same experience. Also, he never gave any post op recommendations of using splints, toe spacers, orthotics...NOTHING! Basically, he did not even physically examine the biomechanics of my feet. Pretty much took x-rays and looked at them without touching them and said, yep, let's do surgery. BIG waste of my time & money!!!!
