For any future brides to be... please don't go to this store. I realize that there are a few customers who felt that they had exceptional experiences there, but if you look at any of the NEGATIVE reviews of this place (look for them on Yelp too) you'll see that the comments are ALL very consistent. more

Store has a great selections of gowns, staff were friendly and helpful with helping me trying on and explaining in the proper fitting of each gown They even try to give us gowns that were in our price range. I was surprised and impressed at how inexpensive some gowns were. I will always send all my friends there. more

Yes, this store does not allow picture taking and disclosed the brand name until the gown has been purchased. Does brand matter that much to anyone and does anyone know every gown that has been designed by that particular designer. So the motive behind the previous review is clear, perhaps they are written by a competitor that wants customers to find out this information without having the necessary inventories for trying on, so they can lured the customer in giving them some stupid discount. I don't usually write reviews but I thought that Vows should be acknowledged for their great service. Vows was the 3rd bridal shop that I visited and I didn't have to look any further. After asking basic questions about my price range and dress preferences (material, shape, etc.), the owner and her staff picked out some great dresses--I loved each one that I tried on. The owner seems to have a gift for picking out dresses that will look good on your body type. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable; I also saw price tags on every dress that I tried on. The prices seemed to be more reasonable than the other two bridal shops that I previously visited--probably because they don't mark up the prices and then tell you they'll give you a discount (like some other places). I had a great experience and would recommend this place to other brides. Pros: Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, fair prices more

this is by far the worst bridal salon in the state! they cut the tags off the dresses so you dont know what dress you are trying on. they dont let you take pictures of yourself in the dress you are buying to match the rest of your wedding party to. they are not in compliance with many of the designers requirements that you must leave all tags in tact. horrible service, high prices, crazy lady who owns the place and in bad part of town. dont waste your time going there.
