Worst

I've usually received great service at Voss, but not this time. Santa Fe wasn't checked out well and had issues that had to be corrected in Florida as we traveled there.

Service Department of Excellence 3/15/2017

I have been taking my 2013 Hyundai Sonata to Voss Service for over two years. As a person who makes his living partially from income derived through transportation services, it is extremely important that my vehicle be kept at peak performance at all times. The service department at Voss has worked with me to keep me on the road and in the safest vehicle possible. Service desk staff seemed distracted. 8/30/2016

No problem with work performed. Did not feel I had the full attention of service desk staff, did not even look me in the eye. Dismissed reports that my (fully-warranted) elantra squeaks when rolling forward in neutral (potential brake or bearing issue?), gas filler pipe neck showing rust since day 1. more

I have been to your dealership for years with 2 different cars. I have had multiple problems with my repairs and I WILL NOT be back to your shop. Next time...put the bolts back in my calipers so my brakes work, ok? more

They did not have enough mechanics to get the repair done in a reasonable time. It took 4 business days to replace ball joints. They did provide a loaner car which was appreciated. Other than this time everything has been great. more
