I have been very impressed with the level of service that my two children have received from Dr. Viner. Both of my children have had chronic ear infections and Dr. Viner has been an excellent physician who has performed the surgery to put tubes in their ears as well as to see them for follow-up visits.
Yes, it is a typical doctor's office in the fact that you often have to wait for an available appointment as well as wait in the office when you actually have an appointment. However, once you are seen, Dr. Viner has an excellent, knowledgeable, and gentle bed-side manner. He is very good with children and adults alike. (My mother also saw him for a different surgical procedure.)
