I read the reviews here and decided it would be good to try my local cleaners for my down comforter (2 weeks old). I took it in on Friday and picked it up on Wednesday as promised. It looks great! I got it home and put it on my bed and there was a 3 inch rip in it. I called them back and spoke with Vicki. She said to bring it in and she would have the owner, Mark look at it. I dropped it off Thursday morning at 9am. I called them back at 11:30am for Mark to say that he could have a seamstress repair it. The rip is in the middle of one of the patches of fabric so there will be a visible defect. He agreed there would be. I then called back later and explained to him that I should not have to pay the cost of the cleaning and he said he would refund me but that he would not have the seamstress repair it. He was unfriendly and rude. He offered no solution to my problem and didn't seem to even care. I understand an occasional mishap but when the ownership doesn't even act like they care, then I have an issue. I WILL NOT take anything back to them again if that is how they treat their customers.
