Totally satisfied. Started with Vogler in 2006 when my old company refused to deal with an emergency. Vogler came right out even though they had no prior dealing with me.\r \r Pumped again in 2008 and again in 2012.\r \r They are always careful and helpful. They pump the tank dry, so the charge is based on the tank size. My 1500 costs $400 plus tax this time. more

We have used Vogler Brothers for years now to clean our septic system. They are very honest, show up when they say they will and are very reliable. We have lived in our home for 12 years. We call them every 2 years to clean out our septic system and have never had an issue. It upsets us that they received a few negative reviews. They ask for your credit card information because unfortunately people do not always pay their bills on time or they bounce checks. This is a business folks. They have been in business since 1927. We think that says something. We have had to give ourr credit card information or write a check to other vendors before they begin work on our home. This should not be a reason not to use them. We judge a business on whether they show up when they promise, complete the job and are reliable. Sometimes people only write reviews when they are unhappy or want to complain. We have been very happy with their service and would not hesitate to recommend Vogler Brothers to our friends and neighbors. more

I found their conduct to be unprofessional and, in my opinion, they are dishonest and are NOT to be trusted.\r Before they began the work to clean my septic, they first wanted my credit card information. We then agreed on a set price.\r Several days later, we discovered they had placed an even higher amount on the credit card!\r All efforts to clarify and resolve the situation with this company were met by a stonewall. They literally said ""take it up with the credit card company!"".\r I strongly advise everyone to look elsewhere to find a reputable septic tank company. Cons: Dishonest. Poor Customer Service. I called for clarity of the outrageous charges (over $500 to pump a septic tank!) and the owner not only rudely hung up on me but challenged me to contact my credit card company to void the charges because that is the only way he would settle matters.\r \r Additionally, they do not have a gage in their truck to determine the true amount of sludge removed and therefore rely on their own estimations…Needless to say, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL 1500 GALLONS!!!\r DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!\r Cons: NOT CREDIBLE, NOT HONEST, AND RUDE EMPLOYEES more
