I've used Vistaprint as our go-to solution for marketing solutions - Business cards, stickers, and banners. Online design interface is easy and helps laymen folk create outstanding business products. For over a year now I've ordered and reordered hundreds of my designs. I once had a sheet of sticker where the glossy coat ran out half way through - quick email and the next day they had a replacement in the mail free of charge. recently I've noticed their gloss option is even better! very high quality designs and workmanship. Getting promos and coupons in the mail keeps me coming back - when a new banner is on my mind, sure enough a big savings coupon shows up in my inbox - perfect timing (or cookie mining) lol, at any rate, this is a great company. I have numerous other fellow small business owners who use them as well, no complaints! looking forward to getting our new 2.5'x6' banner in! more

I should have known better. The customer service staff is inexperienced and when a problem arises one is transferred around the world. Truly around the world. I have been misleading with timing of building a custom business website. I would tell any major company please do not do business with Vista. They will miss lead you on timing, production, and promotions. When you call in to talk with a human being it is impossible to talk to anyone in management and all executives are outside of the US. I will share my experience with all business owners in the United States. Also, Vista you cost me time, credibility, and money therefore, I will be pursue a lawsuit against you. more

I made the mistake of doing business with Vistaprint and have regreted it ever since. I had 2500 cards printed for my church. When the cards arrived there was an obvious printing defect. I called their customer service department and was put on holdddddddddddddddddddddddddddd. I finally got to talk to a real person and was asked to fax or email a scanned image of one of the cards and an explanation. I was told someone would get back to me in less then 3 business days. That didn't happen. Five days later I called and was told they never received it. I was asked to send it again and did so - only I checked the read-receiept feature of my email program. About a day later I got confirmation they had read my email ... but when I called they said they had not received it still. I finalllllllllllllllllly got them to give me the email address of an actual person and sent it to that person. Despite several calls and messages I was not contacted for at least 10 days. I finally got through and they admitted there had been a printing error. Their "solution" was to give me 50% off on a second order !!!! Are you kidding me ??? They never backed down and I ended up going to a local business. Their cards cost me about 50% more, but were printed on thicker stock and were much better. Vistaprint is NO deal - go elsewhere. They have a handful of employees and you have to fight like hell to get to talk to one of them. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. more

Discovered Vistaprint last year and took advantage of their "free" promotion for business cards (you pay a nominal shipping fee). The site allows you some leeway in designing your own card with choice of colors, glossy or matte finish, two-sided printing, etc. Easy to use--you can even save the designs to work on a later date. Have used Vistaprint for postcards, as well as business cards. Each of the jobs was printed correctly and the turnaround time was reasonable. Vistaprint offers printing services for letterhead, mailing labels, envelopes--the site is comprehensive and well organized. Thumbs up. www.vistaprint.com more
