They are unprofessional, slow and Unorganized. There is no sense of priority everyone is just there with no sense of order, appointments can be scheduled but you will wait at least two hours even with an appointment. they don't know from day to day the total of staff, school needs a better overseer. When they make mistakes, no apology, they don't value the customers nor do they have any problem solving skills. Most of the students were sitting around doing nothing.
