Worst

Everyday I walk in to the gym, they try to sell me pills/trainers with NO EDUCATION or certification. The staff is was VERY unprofessional and the managers there are always hittin...

Good Customer Service! 4/29/2010

I really enjoy this gym because its much more friendly than many of the clubs I have belonged to. Just before I switched to VQ I was a member of LA Fitness and I cannot once recall them every saying hello to me when I came. And God forbid I ever had a question. It was such an inconvenience for them to help me at all. The staff at Vision Quest is always happy to be there, happy to see me, and is happy to help me with anything I need. more

Love it! 4/16/2010

Great place to get in for a workout! The staff is super cool about helping with anything you need plus they have a onsite cafe with smoothies so you can just grab one on your way out. The entire atmosphere of the club just makes me feel happier and healthier :D more

Work Out At Home 3/17/2010

The very POOREST customer service. Pay the $16 then pay a second $40 fee a few months later. *Fine print. They were great right up until I had a problem with them slamming through payments for my PT. I guess as long as they get their money who cares that I can't work out due to health issues. AND PLEASE making me talk to some kid who doesn't have any clue about AR/AP. more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS 2/23/2010

Save your money and go somewhere else, this place is dirty and they pressure you constantly to buy PT sessions. The trainers they hire don't know what they are doing and at least two of them have spent time in prison for drugs or assault. One guy tried to sell my friend some weed. He reported it to the manager and was told the guy would be fired but a week later this punk is still there. Amazing to see fat personal trainers. I would question any gym that knowingly hires felons and drug sellers. BEWARE. more

Auburn facility 1/13/2010

I have been a member of this gym for a while. When I joined I was a little leery as I'd been a member of Bally's for so long, so I kept both memberships. After 6 months of going back and forth between both clubs for workouts I finally canceled my Bally's account last month. I really enjoy the facility in Auburn. My favorite thing would probably be the huge free weight floor. Also, I had a little bit of trouble with my bill last month and Lindsey got back to me in record time and we had it resolved in a matter of minutes. more

I really love this gym. I have been a member here for years and have always had a really good experience with them. I have, like everyone, have had problems with my account here and there and they have always been really great about it. They always got back to me and have always tried to work with what works for me. Even when I wasn't able to make a payment on time, I let them know and they worked with me on it. They are so nice and they always make an effort to let me know they are happy to see me. It makes it much easier to come through that door knowing I am appreciated. more

Vision Quest Sport & Fitness is convenient 12/17/2009

This gym makes it really to actually make it in for a wokrout. There is a club by my house in kent and another by my work in Seattle. It makes it really easy to swing in whenever I have free time instead of making excuses. more

Great Gym 12/8/2009

I have been a member at several different clubs over the past few years and this is by far the most amazing club I have ever belonged to. The staff is so supportive and helpful. Anything I ever need they are always more than willing to help me with. I'm not just another person, they know my name and my goals. They have helped me through my weight loss progression and never fail to tell me how great I look. I love this gym!? more

Great Deal 11/27/2009

They are having some kind of anniversary sale right now for signing up and its super cheap! I went to LA a couple of weeks ago and they wanted 40 bucks a month!! These guys are doing 14!! I'm not some super dedicated running nut or anything. I just want to get in a couple of times a month to keep up my health. 14 a month is a much better way to keep my wallet in shape too. more

several locations make it easy and convenient to make it in to get my workout in. Have had good experiences with all the clubs I have been to so far. Have a good array of different classes and it never seems to be too crowded. All in all it has my vote. more

Worth trying... 11/19/2009

Everyone in this gym is very friendly and knowledgeable. They really try to make you feel like you are welcome, that you are special. To be honest, It took me a while to figure out that when they came up to talk to me while I was working out, that they weren't trying to sell me anything or hit on me (I know! That sounds so conceited but you always wonder don?t you?). They are just trying to make sure that I know they appreciate me being there and that they want to support me working toward my goals in any way they can. I really appreciate all the help they have given me. Being a member has taught me a lot. It?s not easy to put in the work to lose weight but it is so worth it. And they really do try to make it easier and more fun for you. more

Vision Quest Sport & Fitness customer service 9/11/2009

I use train vision quest.. I canceled my mma by phone and I was still charged.. I spent about 1500.00 in private lessons..but this gym has no value for clients.. I tried numerous times to call the owner.. more than 6 times and I went there 2 xs.. I still have no response.. I am very unhappy with the customer service and the sign up pressure..\r I have unused training sessions that I cant use and not only did they charge me for 2 months of mma but after my gym membership ended they automatically signed me up for another year.. I guess its in the fine print.. thanks for the heads up.\r And the return phone call!!! more

Vision Quest Sport & Fitness is large 8/17/2009

This club is a nice place to workout if you are looking for a lot of space and lots to do. They offer Mixed Martial Arts, Boot Camp, and a ton of Aerobic Classes. I would recommend this gym, also they have 4 locations. Auburn, Kent, Puyallup, and Seattle. more

Vision Quest Sport & Fitness is expanding for FREE check out PUYALLUP! 8/14/2009

I have been a member of the Auburn Vision Quest for about 6 months and when I joined I had access to two clubs, Auburn and Kent. They just opened a really cool club in Seattle about a month or so ago and now they just opened up a club in Puyallup! I can go to all four clubs and they did not charge me more money I love that! This Puyallup club is beautiful, its right on Meridian by the Rock Pizza. It has flat screens every where and it is a very modern club! I would check it out if you are a member or not! more

Vision Quest Sport & Fitness is awesome! 8/11/2009

I recently joined Vision Quest in Auburn online. There point click join system is so easy to use. I did not grow up with this new technology and even I could figure it out. It took the sales process out of the loop and just came down there with my paper work and receipt and got my free training!!! I love my new trainer she is awesome, she works me hard but I love it! I am really looking forward to getting back in to shape! more

I have to say that I have been a member here and worked in the BootCamp class and I have got awesome results from this gym. I love the owners they are great!! They are out there on the floor working out with all of us members. This gym is a great place to come if you are looking for a local atmosphere. They let my kids workout with me, its perfect. I would recommend this club to anyone who asked me and they are expanding and I do not have to pay more to use the other facilities! They have great memberships with no restrictions of time and days!! I love VQ!!! more
