Virguez, LLC was founded by attorney Luis A. Virgüez out of a desire to protect the rights of individuals and families in the Atlanta community. He immigrated to the United States with his parents when he was a 8 years old. His experiences as an immigrant inspired him to pursue a legal career with a focus on human rights and immigration. One of his most notable experiences occurred in law school when he was involved with the Chicano Latino Law Student Association (CLLSA) and in the Arizona State Immigration Clinic. During his participation in the clinic, Virgüez worked closely with abandoned or orphan children and battered spouses.
