It was pouring outside when I pulled up to curbside check in for my State Inspection. I received excellent prompt service and offered an umbrella so I would not get soaked as I left my car to go inside. I waited comfortably in the waiting area and was checked out in a reasonable amount of time by another courtsey team member.\r more

simply put I was in and out in 30 minutes for routine maint. service was efficient and very friendly informed me services i had been told i needed by another dealer were actually not called for at this time saving 100+ nice to find a business you can trust.\r more

I showed up at a bit past 7 with an out headlight..and it was fixed in just a few minutes. They are very fast, friendly and efficient. I've gone to them a fair bit and have always had good experiences. Plus I love that their hours are so extended. Many other places close at 5 or 6 and they stay open until 8! Making it easier to get things done after work!\r more

I've been taking both of my vehicles to VA Tire and Auto for a few years now. I've always had reliable service that is worth the investment. I keep returning because I feel like I'm being treated fairly with honesty, dignity, and respect. It's great to have a repair explained to you, rather than being talked down to with the attitude of ""just accept it,"" as I've experienced in some other repair shops in the area. In addition, having a shuttle service--in a clean vehicle with a pleasant driver--will keep me coming back for future service and maintenance.\r more

I have been going to VA Tire and Auto for 8 years and the service is always terrific. They always give me a reasonable estimate before doing any service. The oil changes usually include other checkups so they can warn me that something is not right. The turn-around time for repairs seems quite quick -usually a day or less- other places in the past would hold my car for days.\r more
