I switched from a Seattle based clinic to VM Federal due to moving to Puyallup. My husband had a Renton clinic he was going to which was not much time difference in driving than Federal Way so he was going to keep going there. The difference in my quality of care and clinic atmosphere was so great that he wanted to switch clinics also. Both of us receive incredible care that we would never change :)
*** Excellent follow-up to labs - timely letter sent out explaining lab values & when to be redrawn.
*** Many specialties in same location. My husband normally hates going to doctors but they could schedule several appts same afternoon so he could make just one trip.
*** AWESOME computer system that updates immediately what the doctor did and prescribed. Prescriptions sent to local pharmacies immediately. You do nothing but go pick them up. No paperwork and waiting around.
*** Nice staff - believe me - we've been to at least five different sections of the clinic and ALL staff have been very pleasant. They don't appear stressed out like some clinics I've been to.
*** Nice extras like great deli/expresso - many sitting areas, one by a lovely garden & fountain - beautiful gift shops (one of the best I've seen) - always present security guard.
Pros: well rounded services
Cons: a few specialty services might be booked up
