I have taken my BMW to this garage for over 2 years and was recently horrified to discover that they had NOT done the work; I had taken my vehicle to have the Oil Change and Oil Filters Changed. A certified mechanic just inspected my vehicle and revealed the shoddy non work of the mechanics at Vinings Auto Repair Garage. As the mechanic relayed to me and verified by showing, the mechanics had NOT done the Oil job that was paid for, they did not replace the the oil filter, and they did NOT provide the high performance synthetic oil required for my vehicle, upon further inspection of the Oil Filter discovered metal in the filter and the Oil completely sludge, and black as tar. The Oil Filter was compacted in the chamber. These mechanics at Vinings Auto Repair Garage also broke the latch that houses the oil drain and never notified me of this. (but of course if they HAD changed the oil as specified Perhaps they would have notified me that the latch was broken) hence I WILL NOT BE returning to Vinings Auto Repair Garage I spoke to the owner Bill and he refused to take any action or provide me with a refund.
