Village Green Apartments

I've lived in the townhouse with my 3 kids for almost 2 years now and i must say yea it gets a little crazy sometimes with the inspections but thats what has to be done. All these people talk about what a b@#$ janet is and one reveiw had a lot of mean things to say about her which makes me wonder what she was doing here cause i dont think janet rolls out of bed in the morning and says well who am i going to screw today at the green. yes she can be b#%^&y at times but my god have u seen some of the other projects around they are nasty i mean i would like to have my own home to raise my kids but i cant yet and i would rather us here then in some D R U G Y projects. and think about it, all u people who hate her cause she came down on ur BUTTS well dont you think she has a boss over her and shes got to get the STUFF down to the way they want it. if anyone is considering moving here then it is ok for geting your sELF togther but if u cant clean ur place once in a while or u want to run D R U G S then u will not last long i promise u that. so come on guys cut her a little slack shes just trying to run a desent place for us and our kids. also we got jackie shes cool and some cool maintenace men here to. I lived at Village Green for 7 years. I was down and out on my financial situation and this property helped me to get my education, raise my children and make me a better person. I am no longer there, but, I have completed school, graduated, and I am now making a decent living and purchasing my own home. The staff there are very knowledgeable, the maintenance does all of the repairs. The grounds are kept up very nicely and the units and buildings are kept extremely clean. They can only do what they are capable of doing, without added ignorance of tenants or their visitors. Pros: Well kept property, great location, highly trained staff Cons: disrespectful people more

This place is a hole. I lived there 4 years and I have to say I will never go back. The property manager is a b*tch, she will find any way she can to screw you. Where I live now is known to be bad but I have to say I have yet to see or hear of problems. I personally believe if Janet Weimer wasnt there the place wuld run alot smoother. She is a complete idiot and proves it everyday. She doesn't like to put work orders out to fix stuff in your apartment but will charge you for something that was there when you moved in. If you are thinking about moving in I hope you dont like sleep. The fire alarm goes off frequently without there being a fire or a handle pulled. The people at NDC Managemnt are as worthless as the management staff.
