I placed my order with the owner at 9AM on Valentines Day. I was very specific that the flowers had to be delivered to my girlfriend to her work by 1PM. I called my girlfriend at 2:30 to see how she liked her flowers. I got for a reply, What flowers? Real nice!!! I pay a premium price for flowers on Valentines Day to be delivered to a location not more than a minute from their shop and they cant make it happen even when the order is placed with the owner. When I call them I get We cant find that order, which only builds my frustration. After a couple of phone calls I get the flowers delivered to my house at 4:15PM. All they offered to make up for it was a Sorry, we were really busy today. Next time I will try Lavender just down the road.
