I have lived here three years, this place is horrible!! It looks amazing and the rent is hard to beat, but don't let the seemingly amazing benefits fool you. Your neighbors are burglars and thugs. There are illicit substance deals going down every night in the parking lot. The police put a notice on our door about a girl who was r@ped in the park across the street. Someone came in our house and stole our DVD player when we took the dog downstairs (for literally 3 minutes). Both my roommates and my cars have been broken into. My car was broken into twice, the second time there was nothing to take in my car except my car battery- yes, my neighbors stole the battery out of my car that was in the locked garage. When I talked to the management about the problem they said that it was probably someone I know and blamed the theft on the economy... The police officer who came out, however, said that this is one of the worst complexes in San Jose because a lot of people who are losing their subsidized housing in Oakland are moving down here- hence the dr ugs, rapes, and theft. Some guy pees in the elevator room on the floor and walls on a daily basis. Scary guys hang out on the front porch smoking p0t and yell obscenities at any girl walking by. Oh... and some homeless guy snorts coke on the stairs (which must be used as the elevator is almost always broken. If your a gangster dru g dealer who wants your car vandalized on a consistent basis then this is the place for you!
