TRASH...DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY....I called to schedule an appointment and left 2 messages before anyone called me back. I was scheduled for a 9:30am facial. I arrived and the door was locked/business closed. I called 4 times and then went home. The owner finally answered and insisted that she left me a message to cancel my appointment due to some sob story. She promised to call me the next day to reschedule. Never called. Over the week I left 4 additional messages and finally got a return message stating that I could come in at 4pm (today) 2/16/14. I called 3 times to confirm and left messages each time. When I arrived they were closed. \r I am livid and hope that no one else will have this problem. more

Really great facial. I work in construction and my face is always in rough shape. I left with really hydrated, healthy skin. I bought a gift certificate for my mom, sister and girlfriend. more

I used a groupon today for my gel manicure and it came out really great. I chose this gorgeous orchid color that was really nice with my skin tone. Cynthia knew INSTANTLY what color I was talking about when I mentioned colors from OPI. I can't wait to come back for my pedicure and facial next month!! =) more

I bought a groupon for 3 gel manicures. Got the first one -- When out in the daylight it was very streaky looking. I have been trying to give them another chance by making an appointment for a second manicure. However, everytime I call (during their business hours) I either get a recording to leave a message or a recording telling me their mailbox is full. I am wondering if they are still in business OR if I just lost out on the price of two mainicures. more

I had the BEST gel manicure here. Cynthia recommended the perfect shade. She said it would really compliment my skin tone. She took the time to shape my nails exactly the way like and was very careful with my cuticles. The spa is brand new inside and was very welcoming. The staff was professional and very friendly. I cant wait to go back. A+ ! more

My wife gave me a gift certificate for the aromatherapy massage with wrap as an anniversary gift. I was skeptical at first because I have never had a ""wrap"" before, but it was actually very calming and relaxing. more

Greatest Spray Tan EVER!. I went to another place for Halloween and wanted to cry because it came out so awful. but at Villa Giovana there was NO STREAKING and I WAS NOT ORANGE!!! I looked like I just came back from the islands and had a great glow. I hope Cindy and Teresa are ready for a huge rush on NYE, because me and my girls will ALL be there to get sprayed!! more

This salon was SUPER accommodating. I have such a crazy work schedule so I had to move my appointment about 4 times before I came in and every time I called to change it, they were very nice and didn't give me a hard time. My aromatherapy massage with the wrap was SO relaxing and much needed after a stressful holiday. The salon is absolutely beautiful and can't wait to come back in with my friends for my wedding in April. Keep it up, girls!! Great job!!! more

I always wanted to try Eyelash Extensions because I have really short lashes. Cynthia made them look so natural and not too over the top. I always thought fake lashes would look horrible but this are so great!!! more

I had the BEST spray tan and french gel manicure here. I am not one to write reviews but this really deserves recognition. I was very impressed with the receptionist when I made my appointment. She was very friendly and accomodating. My spray tan came out aboulutely perfect. I am so very happy. I have spray tans often and I have had the misfortune of getting very orange tans in the past. Ths was the BEST that I ever had. It was not orange at all and it looked very natural. In additon, the manicurist was extremely educated in the ingredients of the nail products. I acually learned something about nails and at the end of my service I was served a bottle of water and a piece of chocolate on a glass tray. Nice touch girls! I will be back agian. more

I just got my nails done and they look so great! The manicurist was really nice and patient with me while I went back and forth trying to decide what color I wanted. She tried on so many different polishes for me, bless her heart. I ended up going with a nice pale pink that wasn't too flashy or young. I purchased a package and will definitely recommend this great salon! more

My friend recommended this spa for facials and gave me a gift certificate. I was very impressed. When I left the spa I was so relaxed and my skin had a yourthful glow for days! I get facials often and it was THE BEST FACIAL that I have ever had. My esthetician was very educated and gives an outstanding facial. I am very happy with my new find and I will be a loyal client from now on. more

A++!!! I highly recommend this spa. I had a gel manicure three weeks ago and it still looks great!!! I was very impressed with this spa. From the time I made my appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and acccomodating to my crazy schedule. They gave me a late appointment and I beleive the manicurist stayed late just for me. That being said, she did not rush me and took the time to help me choose a great color. The manicurist was equally as friendly as the receptionist, did an excellent job, educated me on the different brands of polish and ingredients and explained why the brand they use lasts so long. I will definately be returing be sending my friends here. more
