I like it here at ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living very much. They seem to try to accommodate you in any way they can. If you need something, you can bet they'll get it for you. It's a very friendly place. That's one thing I'll say for it. They're all very, very pleasant. I'm going on two years at ViewPointe and I would recommend them very highly. more

ViewPointe is an excellent place to retire! 10/11/2013

I would highly recommend ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living to others and have done so. They're very kind. All of the employees here are willing to do anything to make your life pleasant here. I've had nothing but good experiences and that seems to be what most of the people here think. I've been living here for about a year. They just go the extra mile with you on anything in any way they can to please you. They are always willing, pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. more

Haven't had this kind of care since leaving my mother's bosom! 9/19/2013

I would give ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living ten stars if I could! The whole experience was great. My wife and I were very impressed with everything we encountered. Everyone was so much friendlier than we could have imagined. The people who cared for us never overlooked an opportunity to be helpful to us. I haven't received that kind of care since I left my mother's bosom! They were ready and willing to supply us with our needs. They were totally amazing with all kinds of support. The rooms were lovely. Food was just fine. I would recommend it to anyone who is eligible to go. more

Good to live here 8/14/2013

I have been living at ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living for over a year and like it so far. I live as an independent, but I assume the assisted living is great, too. Meals have a great variety to choose from, so if you don't like this or that, you can order soup or salad. They have a wonderful salad bar with at least fifteen things from the large selection. more

A positive experience in meeting the needs of retirement people. 7/24/2013

ViewPointe Assisted Living is just fine! I haven't had any problems. Yesterday I had a little prob and they were very anxious to get it taken care of. My only negative is that sometimes they do not do their repairs in a timely manner. For example, every apartment has a deck and they have been very slow to replace those. That's the only thing. I've been happy with the food. They do an excellent job with the landscaping and keeping up the appearances. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you. They're warm, excellent, willing, and wanting to please. more

Good transportation services and activities 6/13/2013

I really don't require much here at ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living, as I don't even use the dining room very often. I do however rely heavily on their transportation and activities-both of which are very good. Generally, the staff will go out of their to accommodate residents. I have been living here for 2 years and the experience overall is good. more

An excellent place for my family to feel at home. 5/15/2013

ViewPointe Assisted Living were extremely helpful in getting everything set up. They were very prompt and were able to move my aunt in very quickly. They have handled several emergency situations very well. The facility is clean and welcoming and bright. The food is good. My aunt feels very safe. It's just a nice place to be. more

Everybody is so friendly at ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living. Whenever I ask for anything I get it. I've really enjoyed it. I've just been so happy here. If I had a friend who needed to move in I'd certainly tell them this would be the place to move to. more

I've only been a resident at ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living for a short time. I've been in their Independent Living since October. So far my experience has been very good, but I haven't been here long. The staff is good. more

Built a life here in the independent living community 2/11/2013

We are very satisfied with where we are here at ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living. We are in the Independent Living section of ViewPointe and we are comfortable here. The food and service is good. We have been here almost 2.5 years and there is a good community. We know our neighbors and have built a life here. more

OK experience. 1/14/2013

I've been in Viewpointe Independent Living for two years. It was better when I first came than it is now. There's a new activities director and we're not doing as much activity as we'd like. There's not too much night entertainment. Other than that, it's alright. The food is OK and the people are friendly. more

I enjoy it here at ViewPointe. It has been very nice. I enjoy it very much. The first few weeks I didn't enjoy it because I missed home and so on and so forth. As I got to know people and participate in more activities and social things, I started making acquaintances, and I really enjoy it now. more

There is not any one thing that sticks out. The residents and staff people are all very friendly. The staff people are willing to bend over backwards to try to meet the residents needs or wishes. more

They're excellent 7/11/2012

View Pointe Independent Living has helped me with so much, it's hard to pinpoint everything. They've been so supportive. My dad is now there alone and he has made such good friends. It's really a family atmosphere. It's not like being at home but it's the next best thing. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them. more

Excellent! 5/16/2012

I first found ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living from their website. Then we went there for a visit. We talked to Elizabeth, and she answered all of our questions and concerns. She is an excellent representative of ViewPointe. My father was treated with a lot of respect, kindness and caring while living at ViewPointe. I was impressed with the individualized level he received. It was a rare thing to see in an apartment setting like that. I was very, very happy with them. Excellent people, excellent facility and I was just so happy with my father's care. more

No complaints whatsoever!! 4/6/2012

The people at ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living are so nice. I play cards all day long. The cleaning girls clean my apartment and I eat well. I've been at ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living for 14 months. There are no complaints whatsoever! more
