Editorial review from Citysearch 12/10/2012

This is absolutely without a doubt the worst HOA I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are completely unresponsive to any phone calls, emails or fax's. more

Better Business Bureau gives a 'F' rating for a reason 3/5/2012

There is a reason the Better Business Bureau gives Vierramoore a 'F' rating. You can't get any worse than that. Vierramoore is the most unprofessional business I have dealt with in a really long time. They lie, don't follow-up, hang-up the phone on you, are rude, are incompetent, etc. It's disturbingly shocking to go to their website and read about how they focus on customer service. How do you fire a HOA management company? I'm part of a HOA that is managed by this incompetent company, so any suggestions are welcomed. more

Horrible & Rude Svc, Non-Responsive & Incompetent at Best! 10/5/2011

This management company refuses to respond to homeowners and their responsibilities. They collect way high fees not even competitive with other efficient and professional management companies in exchange for doing very, very little work. The monthly newsletter always had spelling and typing errors and wrong information. The rude service was most insulting on top of them NEVER once enforced a single HOA rule. That was their job, and they failed miserably at it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring a foreigner who speaks no English first before hiring Vierra Moore to manage your property. Shame on them. If there were a way to rate them zero stars, that would be more appropriate. more

They could be so much better for what they charge 6/10/2011

This company is unresponsive. If you make any type of complaint they ignore you. They don't answer the phone beyond the front desk, all they can seem to do is collect HOA fees. If you are thinking of buying a home, make sure they don't manage the property. more

THE WORST 4/13/2011

I can't imagine having a worse HOA. They are totally unresponsive! Why am I paying you to sit around and do nothing?! They don't respond to calls or emails regarding complaints of people not following the rules that they are paid to enforce. And then when you badger them into providing you a response, they are totally rude and tell you that you should handle it yourself!!! I can't imagine running a business like that. I had no idea that so many other people had the same issues that I do with them. more

Property ""Management"" that has nothing to offer 7/11/2010

But only while the developer is in control. They can give the lowest bids because they are understaffed and their employees (and owner) are uneducated and primarily inexperienced and rude. Their low service costs quickly rise once the developer turns over control of the HOA over to home owners but since VM can be quite effective at placating board members, they don't always get fired immediately. However, most home owner controlled HOAs get rid of VM as soon as the management services go out to bid. I live in Westlake and when my entire block was complaining about 2 incessantly barking dogs I was told that VM doesn't like to get involved since our property manager ""only visits the community once or twice a month and prefers not to get out of her car."" That quote is from VM senior management. Pros: ABSOLUTELY NONE Cons: The developer chooses Vierra Moore because they're cheap more

Worst HOA Ever 5/14/2010

This HOA has been the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with my living arrangements. They tried to tow my car last night and ended up costing me $90. And in the process of all this I found out through a Security guard that the process they go through to tow people is arbitrary. Their solution, they recommended parking one's car at the Walmart across a busy street with no cross walk. Long story short DON'T by a home in a community managed by these people. Cons: Towing Property owners cars, and RUDE more

Top Notch Property Management 3/16/2010

Our Property Manager Lynn is tops with her extensive knowledge, prompt follow through and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. They get it done right the first time. Pros: Property Mgr., follow up, attention to detail Cons: None at this time more

Being unhelpful is an understatement 11/11/2009

As with most of these reviews this company is beyond bad. They enforce vague parking rules and have a staff of complete incompetent people. Everything is done in a black box and they seem to enact retribution to those that bring up concerns. Cons: They exist more

Being unhelpful is their best quality 10/9/2009

I live in a neighborhood in the bay area that they manage the HOA. We pay big bucks to them, but they do nothing! The builder picked them and it has been hard to get rid of them. They run around trying to fine and penalize everyone for any small thing they can think of. When there is a real problem, they don't do anything, they wont let you file complaints by phone, only email and they don't answer email. They pretend they did not receive it. Like other people, they are making up parking rules and saying they are the law and towing even when it does not break any rules. They are very unhelpful and useless. I can't wait until we get rid of them, but they are good at sucking up to the people who can get rid of them so we may be stuck with them for awhile....if only we had known how bad they were, we would not have moved here, now with the housing crash, we are stuck here. Pros: They are far from here so I don't have to see them in person Cons: Everything! more

Worst Property Management and HOA 6/22/2009

This property management company has invented an amended parking policy whereby the homeowners have to suffer when they have any guests at their homes. If guest?s cars parked in the visitor area for ?three hours? not even overnight, special on Friday and Saturday nights, which expected to have visitors and stay up late, the visitors cannot go home, and have to spend the night because their cars had been towed by a tow company the Property management gives them the authorization to do so as long as there is no guest pass on the cars. And end up the visitor has to pay $330 in order to get his/her car back. Moreover, they stop to come and visit in the first place. So, the homeowners have to have a permission for how many guests we are allow to have, and there is no an unexpected guests, otherwise their cars will be towed according to this property management. And at the same time they don?t care about cars speeding in the community and some garbage on the street coming from nowhere and still questioned. There are more important issues then visitor?s parking. Pros: Parking issues more

Worst HOA/Property Management Company 5/8/2009

This property management company implemented a new parking policy whereby if cars are parked in a visitor spot overnight for more than 2-3 nights that car will be towed. Most residents use their garages so there is ample parking available. However, if you have a guest for the weekend or have a boyfriend/girlfriend that occasionally stays the night their car could be towed if they park in the ""visitors"" spots. The great thing about this new policy is that there are no signs warning anyone and the residents were not informed of this new policy. Pros: None that I am aware of Cons: Towing property owners cars, pool closed. more
