I have come in to Vic's twice now and both times I have received the most excellent service I could ever expect from a company. I will keep coming back so long as I need service on my vehicles....I would not go anywhere else. Thx yall more

Superior Service 6/22/2010

I tell everyone I know about the quality of outstanding service I receive at Vic's. Since moving to The Woodlands in 2001, Vic's is the only place I have gone when needing car repairs. In April 2010 I had a problem that they found was covered by my Dealers Warranty. Instead of turning me away to Dealership, they went way above what was expected to insure the car was repaired, helped to transport me to work on more than 1 occasion, and even scheduled everything with the Dealership so I did not have to miss work. Unfortunately these days, most businesses lack simple customer service. THAT IS NOT THE CASE AT VIC'S. I applaud all those at Vic's for taking those steps to help their customers. They could have easily turned me away...instead they have gained my gratitude, respect and my loyalty. Thanks Guys! more
