Vic's was called out to check out my fridge problem. They did $500+ worth of work without consulting me and fooled around with my fridge for 2 months and couldn't fix it, tried to trick me into paying them anyway. Finally got them to agree to remove the parts they replaced and call in a competent company. Within 1 hour the simple problem was assessed and the new guy had it up and running. Vic's offered excuses of lightening, poor quality of GE fridge and whatever. Now they are threatening to put a lien on my house because I won't pay anything but the service fee. My total experience with Vic's ranged from poor to terrible. As I anticipate spending time in court with them, it can only get worse!
