I took my perfectly healthy dog here for teeth cleaning ($650). He came out barely able to walk and virtually deaf. I will never take an animal here again. more

My mini schnauzer is allergic to the rabies vaccine and has to get this shot under care of the vet in small doses. I took my pet to get groomed and she needed the canine influenza shot only. When arriving to pick up my dog I was told that not only did she get this shot but many others including the rabies vaccine. Dr. Gaston will not release my dog?s records to her current vet because he claims that this shot was ?FREE?. Even though I have an invoice with Dr. Brittany?s notes that state my dog was given this shot on that day. Banfield just needs to hear that the shot was given to my dog on that day and he has noted on my account that no information be given out. I owe Dr. Gaston nothing and my invoice has a zero balance. Being that Dr. Gaston is a vet he should understand my concern about my animal receiving this more

Convenient pet care with good hours 6/5/2006

They do change vet staff frequently. Just when I would get used to a doctor they would move on. They also offer boarding but my dog did not do well there. I think it was too noisy. They sell high end pet foods as well. PROS: great hours CONS: frequent staff changes more
