I don't know if you realize this, but this phone number will not work if you have a Verizon prepaid phone: you must stop by the store. I know, because my prepaid is a backup phone to my monthly phone (which is broken, so I can't call using it). more

Mixed feelings 8/6/2009

I've been in this store twice, once I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes, the other time I was helped almost right away. Both times, once I was helped, the transactions went smoothly, so I can't really complain. I'm pretty easy-to-please, though, and don't make any unusual demands on my phone. I'd like to be able to call people and send texts. It was clear by how I talked to the customer service person that they weren't used to such an easy customer. I saw the horrible reviews here so wanted to give my experience. The only horrible problems I've had have been my fault (losing my phone, dropping it in water, etc.). Pros: Helpful, quick service, good incentives Cons: Parking can be annoying, so can customers more

I don't often write reviews for anything but seeing all these slams makes me want to take a stand. Yes, cell phone stores are annoying - they're like the post office - frustrating and disempowering. While not everyone is equally good, I have had excellent service here, above and beyond the call of duty. I bought a BlackBerry and the salesman, Carl, could not have been more helpful setting it up, transferring my data, enabling third-party software, etc. He must have saved me hours. I have had occasion to get support from other techs there and if they couldn't answer my questions, they have been unflaggingly nice. This is a good, helpful staff that on the whole cares about the customer. Also, the people watching at this location is pretty great, too. more

Recently, my phone broke and I made the mistake of going to this store to fix the problem. Long story short, I had to make three separate trips to this store, being placed LAST ON THE WAITLIST EACH OF THE THREE TIMES IN ONE DAY, to deal with the ABSOLUTE MORONS BEHIND THE COUNTER. I had to leave the store before possibly assulting the clerk in charge, not to mention the technicians. I really got the feeling that they did not want me to have a working phone. Communicating your problem and getting an idea of possible solutions is a painstaking process. Bring a whiteboard and possibly pre-made flowcharts and diagrams for these idiots. more

After going to this store 3x, I seriously considered calling their corporate offices to let them know this store should be SHUT DOWN. HORRIBLE, SLOOOOW, RUDE service! Cons: terrible customer service more
