Top Notch Employess 2/5/2010

Verizon was fortunate enough to inherit the formal Albemarle Alltel staff. Shanta, Brady, Alicia, Derek and Chrysal are among the best wireless employees I have ever encountered. Despite what the other review said, I have worked with them, and they LOVE their jobs and the customers. They are very knowledgeable about the products and services and go the extra mile for the customer on a daily basis. You will not be disappointed working with them. :) It's funny how people can write a horrible review that has no truth to it. Take it from someone who worked with them on a daily basis. Albemarle Verizon Sales Rep Great 10/7/2009

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to transfer my phone service over from Gastonia to Frog Pond (Albemarle) NC. AWFUL PLACE 6/9/2009

I have been with alltel for the last three years and i have regreted all three of them. There phones are junk and when you take them to get ""fixed"" or replaced the employees make it very clear to you that they hate the world and all who inhabit it if they are having to work. i am going tommorow to cancel my plan and switch to at&t.
