Unsatisfied but I think they can do better, they should understand, more than anything it's just quality of work counts more than being nice.

Josh did a great job. I am always nervous to try a new salon but we moved so I had to. I had liked my previous cut and highlights but after a discussion with Josh, he changed them a bit and now I like it so much better. Even my husband noticed and said how much better he liked my hairstyle! more

The best salon in Charleston 5/6/2011

I've been in Charleston 16 years and have patroned just about all of Chucktown's most popular salons. Verbena is the ONLY one I keep returning to. I have never walked out of there without feeling like a million bucks. The best cut I have ever had, every single time. It has all of the allure and styling of an uber chic, big city salon while the stylists balance professionalism and a comfortable casualness very well. And they really live the Aveda credo, providing high performance, botanically based products that are better for clients, as well as for the planet. Can't wait til my next appt.! more
