I went to Velvet Touch to have my mini van detailed and was quoted for a single wax and interior cleaning. I was under the impression that they would also clean the engine (just spray it). \r
When I picked it up, they were busy and no one came out to show me the vehicle. When I returned home, I was stunned as to the mediocre job. They did not clean in the two sliding door tracks, engine was not touched. It looked like a job that my children would do. I called and complained but obviously customer service is not important to that company. We own a business and have three personal cars that they will NEVER see. I will also tell everyone I know who is looking for detailing to look elsewhere.
