I WAS SO RIPPED OFF!\r Velocity Motor Sports took me for everything I had, even my trade in.\r They sold me a car that didn't even last a week. They have my trade in and I\r don't even have the car I bought that I can use. My losses with the trade in they took\r is over over $10,000. \r NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A CAR DEALER BEFORE CHECKING THEM OUT!\r We have filed a claim with the Attorney General of Washington and still working on more avenues, we will not quit.\r They flat out refused to help us in any way other than to sell us another car and have me absorb the loss of the other car....they were not willing to absorb any of my losses or to give up any of the profit that they made on me. They would not give me back my trade in either. They screwed me bad! Pros: If you like to be yelled and cussed at, then you'll like the management Cons: They took me for everything I had plus years of my future earnings more

Five days and the engine was toast! We had the worst experience of our lives at Velocity Motor Sports in Auburn Wa. The Passat's motor blew a rod before we had the car five days. The manager cussed and yelled at us and threw us out. They would not do anything for us. We lost thousands on a car we only had for 5 days. The car needs a new motor. The owner would not even show us the invoice on the car. This has been an extremely bad business experience. Would never recommend anyone shop here. Very bad business experience. We are devistated by this loss. more
