Rude wait staff! A no cell phone rule is enforced, which I thought was abit outlandish considering technology today. stuffy and dirty!

Great little spot 7/18/2007

It is easy to miss the gem on Lincoln but it is well worth a visit! AWESOME price, great food, and a wonderful place to relax. No cell phone policy is a great idea, it allows for a relaxing vibe. Great place to write. Better anc cheaper than those chain coffee shops. The redid the place a bit and it is even better. Only problem - it is not open on Sundays. Why oh why?! Pros: Great price, great food, great atmosphere Cons: Not open sundays more

Nice addition to the neighborhood 3/14/2005

For months, I didn't stopped because it is located on busy Lincoln Blvd (not an easy street to pull off for a quick cup of Joe). Then, one day I did. Great folk art everywhere. Attentive service without a hint of arrogance. They have loaner computers, plenty of magazine subscriptions and enough comfortable chairs to find a seat. Plus, I just realized there is free parking in the back. Pros: service, coffee more

A great local place 5/23/2004

I love going to Velocity Cafe - it's in the neighborhood, there's always something good on the stereo and the staff is really genuine and friendly. Free Internet access doesn't hurt! This has been a great addition to the neighborhood. Pros: Great staff, Internet acess, Good coffee! more

Free Wireless and Great Coffee 5/5/2004

It's all about the atmosphere. THis is a great coffee shop right on Lincoln, not buried on annoying main street or on the promenade. Just get plain coffee and pick up a recent magazine from their huge selection. It's a good place to just hang. Pros: Coffee is Cheap, Ambience more
