LOVE IT! 10/4/2011

I recently started attending classes here. (2 months) I Love It!! I had never taken a yoga class before and was a little intimidated by the size of this place, but everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have tried all the Yoga/Pilates classes and always feel great when I am done. I actually drive from N95 and N. Durango, but find it more than worth the drive. more

Vegas Hot! Yoga Makes You Feel Good 7/28/2010

Do you ever walk out of a yoga class and think to yourself that maybe the session was a little too cheesy or that maybe the die-hards in the class were too intense? Rest assured that when you walk out after a class at Vegas Hot!, you will feel good about being a part of the greater good and will not be turned off by any yoga nerds or over-the-toppers. Everyone is super relaxed, super welcoming and super cool (in the good way). One never need be afraid of going for the first time even if you've never done yoga period! The staff is great and eager to talk and answer questions at any time. You can move at your own pace and still feel like your kickin' azz. When you leave a session you will literally feel as if the world is yours. Pros: 6 Different hot yoga styles and Pilates more

Fantastic place to do yoga. 7/27/2010

This is a fantastic place to do yoga. The staff is always friendly, the classes are hot and wonderful. I'd never done hot yoga until a friend brought me to class, and ever since then, I've been hooked! The studio has a wonderful, supportive atmosphere. Liz's classes are especially good. And the students are also super-friendly - no attitude whatsoever. Pros: super-friendly - no attitude whatsoever. Cons: Parking can be a rough at peak hours more

I am now Leaner, Stronger and more flexible than ever. 7/27/2010

This place has the best yoga in Las Vegas period! They also started offering hot Pilates, which to my knowledge, is the only place in the U.S. to do so. The hot Pilates is an awesome class and one of the best workouts i have ever experience! I am truly grateful that I have found some where I actually enjoy practice and was always feel welcome. Would have given 5 stars, but the inside needs a little updating; however I guess offering 5 styles hot yoga and Pilates for less than 80 bucks a month sort of makes up for that. I board with Bikram after a bout the 6 six month of the same exact thing and also I notice that I stared to plateau in my practice. The Venus B. class, is to me better than Bikram and I have really been enjoying Baptiste and Hot! Pilates. All the religious Bikramites who think that they a real yogis because they can do 26 postures the exact same way in the same order, should chill-out! I love the changes VH! has made. Thanks to variety, I am now Leaner, Stronger and more flexible than ever. Pros: 5 Styles of hot yoga and Pilates more

Too Many People!!! It Sacrifices your Practice! 11/26/2006

i tried my 1st & last class on a FRI @ 5. i thought that it would be really busy so i got there @ 4:15 to be sure to get a spot before it was full & they closed the class. upon arrival, i walked in & was ignored by the desk staff. i finally said ""hello! i'm a 1st timer here."" she gave me a blank look & said, have you done bikram yoga before? yes. ok fill out the form. so i do, she gives me a member card after accepting my cash & tells me to go set up. not where the locker rooms were or the studio, even though she knew i had never been there before. she then starts bickering with another employee about an incident that occured earlier, not the environment you seek for yoga. anyhow, i find the locker rooms & studio, & when i get in to set up the room is pretty full. there is very limited space and only about 2 ft between each mat, not enough to be arm's length apart. as the time gets closer to 5, more and more people show up, & the staff keeps packing them in. when other 1st timers started to come in, they ask ""is there enough room?"" ""oh there's plenty of room"" as the staff move mats closer and closer together until they are practically touching! some of the other people left the class because it was so jam packed, and they just put more people in their place. some of us were actually against the wall & could not do the poses properly, or at least any of them that requires bending to the right. we were so close to one another that we couldn't move w/o touching one another. it was horrible!! i think they care more about the money for the # of people than the practice itself. it was truly an insult to the yoga community. on top of it, the instructer was not specific with the poses and many were doing them incorrectly. i am sure she couldn't possibly see everyone, and everyone couldn't see themselves in the mirror. she said nothing of the benefits of each posture. it was more of a scene than a practice. i give it a 1 for decor, but everything else was a nightmare! Pros: the decor was nice, candles, gift shop Cons: the room was too small for the number of people they took in, staff was unfriendly more
