Overall, not a bad apartment complex. As of June 2016, rents were competitive with similar offerings in the area. Cleaning and maintenance is virtually non-existent, so if you're a clean freak, avoid this place. For example, I couldn't tell you the last time the hallways were vacuumed or dusted. The last place I rented did this about once a week. Windows in common areas haven't been cleaned since the complex was constructed.
