..usually I don't write any reviews. But the team was very nice to me, so I kind of have to ;) The car rental is a little bit difficult to reach (avoid rush-hours!), but everything else was AAA. Very professional and nice. Car ok and a good value for money. They even dropped me at the train station after the return. Thanks guys, until next time. more

The van was not in a tiptop condition to a point that when you reach 60 or 65/mph the wheel shakes. The gas efficiency was excellent ,the air conditioning worked well so other that that it shakes everything was good. Arrived at NEWARK airport and the rental company had their shuttle pick us up and take us to the rental place - since we were coming in from CA it made our trip so much easier - the staff was friendly. There fleet of cars were very nice and they had all the new models... I highly recommend this place! more

This was my first time using Value Van and Car Rental. They were a little pricier than I would have liked, but everything else was great! I really liked their location, it was convenient to me and if I ever need to rent a van again, I'll definitely go back to them again. They were pretty friendly and provided great information from the beginning. I first spoke with a woman, Juanitta, and she was very friendly and professional and asked what I needed the van for so she could get me the right size. I never felt hassled to make a decision on which van to rent. Brad was the next person I spoke to, and he was very friendly too. He let me know the car was ready. They were very informative throughout the process. All of the vans were new and immaculate. When I got it, it came with instructions on how to drive it which I greatly appreciated. When I brought it back, I tried to bring it back clean, but it was a little dirty with finger foods leftover from the kids, like cereal and crackers, but nothing terrible. Overall, it was a great experience! more

This was my second time renting from Value Van and Car Rental. The first time I rented a car from them, and the second time I rented a van. Both times they were very reasonable, courteous and I had no problem with them at all. Plus, I love the unlimited gas! I'll definitely rent from them again. more

Value Van and Car Rental works with us. We're a college so there are always changes in our schedule. They are very accommodating. They get what we need when we need it. They are always willing to work with us. I think it's important to have a company with that type of flexibility. Also, we appreciate that their prices are competitive and reasonable. We like them a lot and highly recommend them. more

I am the youth director for a local church, and we go on two camp trips a year. We get 15 passenger vans from Value Van and Car Rental. I inherited the job, and we were working with another company in the next town over, but they were easily $100 more expensive. After doing some research I came upon Value Van, and they were fantastic. Jonita is the person I talk to most, and she is wonderful. It is probably 5 to 7 years ago that we went with Value Van, and we have never regretted our decision or thought about turning to another company. We always are provided with clean, current, new vans in beautiful condition. We are never embarrassed to show up in their vehicles, which had been the case with other companies. They are never more than 2 years old, and everyone is comfortable and has space. In a 15 passenger van, when you can get 11 kids in and all their luggage comfortably it is a good time. We get up to 2 vans at a time from them, and we are so pleased from everything to the product, to the customer service, to their reservation policy. For someone who does what I do, which is work with kids, it is so nice to deal with such a reputable company who is concerned with what we are doing. They are concerned about our safety, and that kind of moral support is invaluable. Carol Osbourne more
