We have worked with them for years and have never had an issue. They are always quick to get a job done and are very courteous. The service manager is probably gone often because he personally installs equipment and always solves our technical issues on equipment the day they come up. more

Valley Business Ctr is very unprofessional 11/23/2009

We used to have a service contract with this business. They are very rude, especially the service manager. He was always out and would never return phone calls. We now use another local company with far better service. i would not recommend them to anyone. more

Behind the Times 8/2/2008

I have very little spare time, and often browse web sites while on the phone doing business and after hours. The lack of a web site causes me to shop your competitors, regardless of price, due to web convenience. You may offer great customer service, but you don't have a great ( or even mediocre) web site to entice me to see what you can offer my business, and home offices. Please catch up with the times. I'll try back in a few months. more

Valley Business Center is the place to find great discount office furniture for service to Merced and Mariposa. You can find great deals on quality furniture. They deliver for free and set everything up for you when they get it to your office or home. They will find office items for you even if you have an old machine. They found paper for me for my old fax machine. SInce they are local, they can give special attention to you and your needs. They go out of their way to help answer questions and get you what you want. The parking is good. I always go there for my fax paper. PROS: Get great selection, personal service and satisfaction. CONS: They only deliver to Merced and Mariposa. more
