All the staff, both administrative and professional, as always, made what is usually a dreaded experience a very pleasant one. Rhonda and Maryann are very gifted at welcoming patients and providing an atmosphere of cordiality and camaraderie. I was there for a cleaning, and Dana was wonderful. In addition to her obvious professional capability, she continued and complemented the feeling of welcome and friendliness initiated by the administrative staff.
