Very bad experience i really don't recommend them two our late a 20 min travel was for 50 min \r Plus wait time after leave the car they truck leave a stain of oil over the floor for 4 different place i call them and never accept responsibility lady at the phone never call me back \r \r No recomiendo este servicio dos horas esperando y despues de esperar un biaje de 20 min lo hicieron en 50 min muy lentos y mucha rudesa por gusto despues de dejar el carro en mi casa el camion dejo una mancha de aceite en el piso y cuando los llame para que viraran a limpiarlo se rieron y dijeron que ellos no fueron ,yo tengo camaras en mi casa ,pienso llamar al public commisioner y al condado mañana more

GREAT COMPANY !! EXCELLENT FAST SERVICE!! my daughters 04 civic broke down while she was on the way to work one day and she called me panicking and i googled VMC towing and they gave a very low price compared to the other companies i called , and were there 15 minutes after i requested the tow service , the driver was also very professional and the truck was very nice , beautiful brand new truck , i would recommend this company to anyone . i hope i never need one again , but if i ever break down i will always call vmc towing more

Well Towing is Service that when people have car trouble they jump in Joy when we arrive, But lately due to the Hard Economic Times people see our New Trucks and Structured company as an opportunity to try and pull a fast one, for a quick fix or tow for free or a quick buck, this is why cost of living and insurances are so high and Insurance Companies so adamant to pay losses, I personally look into your 2010 Jetta Screw Driver Complaint as we have a Contract with a Nationwide Motor Club, and first of all our Drivers are all trained, experienced professionals, and THEY all know how to use all the Special Tools they have for Lock Outs, my Drivers go through a personal Course with me and our staff as to procedures and updates, when the driver arrived at our Office he was called and inquired about the incident, I trust my guys and they been with us for many years so I know he DID not used a screw driver on your car, in fact he is convinced that you used something similar to try and do it yourself before we got there and then tried to pinned it on us, and to think I rather risk a life time contract or our reputation over something like this if I knew it was another driver or a remote possibility of being true, as the Motor Club also agreed and see these kind of attempts every day we all decided against paying for your so called claim, and you sat at our office for 45 minutes because I was trying to get there to personally attend to your need, but unfortunately I couldn't make it, but for your information for the future we don't use metal or plastic objects to separate de shell of the vehicle door, we use a Rubber Airbag and then we use coated and protected specially designed tools to do the job, that is why the only bad review you see here is yours, the ones that we do make a mistake if we do, we pay it and correct to make sure everyone is happy, so I am really Sorry you were not happy although you got your car unlocked and got on your marry way, and I am also sorry we can’t fix your scratch as we did not cause it….but if you still feel otherwise give me a call I will gladly show you step by step why am taking this stand.\r \r Mike Tow 1\r more

I used their service to unlock my brand new 2010 Jetta when we mistakenly left our key inside our car. Their technician, who clearly was not experienced, attempted to use a screwdriver to open my car. He completely scratched up the inside and outside of my door. When I went to VMCs office, they made me wait over an hour and a half. I spoke with Victor Carmenaty, the manager/owner, he initially denied all responsibility for the damages. Once his technician confirmed that he had in fact used a screwdriver to open our vehicle, Victor then stated that in no way would he pay for the repairs or for a rental in the meantime. This company has dishonest business practices and is not to be trusted in any way. Whatever you do, do not allow them to touch your vehicle as they will most definitely damage it. I have filed a formal complaint with my insurance company and I'm currently in the process of receiving funds to repair my car. \r more
