I needed new tires for my Mini and I really wanted to improve the ride. I kept putting it off because I was so busy at work and didn't have a minute, but the tires were on my mind. I rode by VIP in Watertown the other day and on a whim pulled in. They were so nice! I spoke with Alie about how I could improve the ride and the best tires for what I wanted. So easy! I bought the tires, they mounted and balanced them and off I went! My car rides so much better and I can go back every 6 months for a rotation at no charge and at the same time get my oil changed. I feel like a got a great deal and fabulous service.
