the support staff is very caring and personable! unfortunately, we've never been able to walk out of the office without paying at least $200! they push meds, and seemingly unnecessary treatments without much explanation. they did help our new puppy through her pneumonia, but not without us paying $3000 for treatment! the main veterinarian (dr, cobb) has been rude to his staff most of the times i've taken our dogs there, and i've never felt comfortable there. i do not recommend this location!
