Horrible attention 1/13/2011

This place is a horrible place to bring your pets in. They only only have one receptionist for the whole place, one technician for two Doctors. Dr Cabrera is very unprofessional since he never came to see me in the room even though i had an appointment. After 50 min in there, someone came in and told me that He had to leave so I have to see Dr Leichty who helped me out, but in my opinion needs more experience, some time he sounds mean and rude, but I guess is the way he is. When I went to check out, the same receptionist as the check in was there, I asked for the manager, so the receptionist went to get her because she was there, but all of the sudden the receptionist came back and told me that the manager left for the day. I left my number for the manager to call me back and after 14 days, I haven't receive no one call from her. Very unprofessional enviroment plus very expensive!!!!!! more

All I can say is that my cat was diagnosed immediately by Dr. Mark. He saved my cat from liver disease and I am very grateful to him and his staff. He was very professional and empathetic with me. Great guy! more

Not feeling the love here. Cabrera is probably a very good vet, this not in dispute but his staff is rude and obnoxious. This is already a pretty challenging location to get to because the traffic is terrible so after braving traffic for almost an hour the least thing you want is to have to deal with rude people at the vet. Bad traffic, long wait, rude service. more

Cabrera is an excellent surgeon 12/11/2008

I took a cat that got shot in the head in my neighborhood to be put to sleep, because it looked really bad. The vet called me the next morning that he took the 9 millimeter bullet lodges near the cats brain out and that the cat was going to be ok. This was a couple of years ago and I winded up keeping the cat and he is doing great. It is an excellent vet. I would recommend them to anyone. more
