Have had nothing but great experiences with them. Have been dealing with them for years, the garage and the towing side. They are the AAA provider in the area so they are the total package for me. They have saved me tons of money by being honest with me when they could have really take advantage but they always took the high road. Family owned and operated, and have kept my family safe for years and hopefully many, many more! more

DO NOT take your vehicle to Usilton's if you want it fixed right! They've ripped me off more than once and put me in danger by not fixing my car right. They sold & installed dry-rotted valve stems, which caused a major blow out, and me finding another shop to replace all of them...more money. They sold me lug nuts and washers that rusted the first week they put them on my car. They installed my hood pins wrong, therefore my hood doesn't shut right. They uninstalled & re-installed my shifter within about 10 minutes, didn't put all the bolts on, didn't adjust the linkage, did not even put it all together, I had to come home and finish the job I paid for...which is now, years later causing me even more problems. It won't even go into PARK correctly! I went back to give them a chance to fix my car right, but they kept blowing me off AND wanting more money! They installed bearings which was not the problem, and I'm not even done the list of problems they've caused me, let alone the money th more
