The staff was very professional & friendly. Their service prices are very reasonable, especially on their specials. I got the hot rock massage, which was totally relaxing. Anna was great! She explained exactly what she was doing. Hanna gave me a fabulous facial. She was gentle & knowledgeable. There was never any uncomfortable pressure to buy additional products, which can be a turn-off at some places. I would definitely go back. I plan to schedule my hubby a facial for his birthday. I love this place... I booked the ""Urban Get Away Spa Package"" and it was relaxing. I loved my massage and mini facial!!! My skin felt so great after my sugar scrub. Great services with SUPER prices!!! This spa is beautiful, local, and most important CLEAN!!! I will be back, and I highly recommend this spa. Pros: Great Service, Great Prices.. I just had a ""Customized Facial"" yesterday and it was not very pleasing. The place has a nice ambiance but I guess I was fooled. THe actual facial was my worse experience. I feel like I could have done it myself. I feel like the facialist is new, she seems scared to touch my face. And after the facial I still have some whiteheads that I really wanted off, that's why I had a facial. I get a regular facial and I just happen to wanna try this place because it close by my house. So now, I feel like I have to schedule another facial to the place that I usually go to. But I guess I'm never coming back. All I can say is, I had better experience on other place that doesn't have the best ambiance and cheaper (Polly Day Spa). I just hope its only that facialist that's like that, because if it was all the people that works there, that place won't last. Pros: Nice ambiance Cons: The service more
