I have had a wonderful experience at LaserMD. Dr. Kathy makes my hair reduction appointments very pleasant. I have never felt rushed in any way, she treats her clients with utmost respect, she's very down to earth, and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. LaserMD is tops in everything they do. They have a terrific doctor, Dr. Upton, who takes plenty of time with patients during a complimentary consultation. They have the latest and greatest high-tech laser equipment that does wonders with spider veins and many other treatments. I have especially enjoyed the disappearing veins on my face and my legs. Now I don't feel so uncomfortable wearing shorts in the summer! I recently had a facial with Yvonne, the first of my life. It was so relaxing and refreshing, and my skin felt so clean and healthy. After a free half-hour consultation, I felt like Dr Kathy Upton was a friend. She didn't tell me I needed a complete overhaul, but showed me how Botox could help my drooping eyelid. (I compare that experience to one I had at another doctor's office -- he charged me $60 for the consultation and then said I needed a face lift -- at age 42!). I had a comfortable laser Genesis treatment by Yvonne that brought back my cheekbones and her yummy facial was the best pampering I've experienced at any spa. Trust is crucial to a superior experience, especially when it involves skin care procedures. What I refused to consider was a place with a waiting room full of people and the feeling there was a timer clicking in the room so the next person could be served. I need to know my personal best interests are being considered, which happened on a scale of 10 at Laser MD !! I had discussed having Titan first at a Laser MD Open House, then with a one-on-one appointment with Dr Upton and Yvonne, the clinician, but must admit when I arrived for my appointment I was nervous. As soon as I arrived, I was offered a glass of ice water and my favorite green tea. Then, Yvonne explained the benefits of many different options. There was absolutely no hard sale! Confident I had made the right decision, I was made very comfortable (including asking me if the room temperature was satisfactory for me), and, then what I appreciated the very most was that every detail of the procedure was explained to me as it was being done. The personal attention and gentle caring of me not only gave me a lift I could see in my face, but released joy somewhere inside my core. Their appointment card states, ?experience the light?, ?no truer words could describe the experience! Laser MD in Edmonds has my highest recommendation.
