Alignment and state inspection 1/30/2014

Reliable service 1/30/2014

I've been a customer of yours since you opened in Solvay (8yrs ago?) and have always been very satisfied. Whenever I leave your shop I feel I got the best service for the best price. Every issue that I've had with my 3 cars is explained very clearly and the work is always done right! You run a great business and all your workers are friendly, courteous, and professional. Closest thing to Saab Dealer Service 1/12/2014

Upstate Imports employees 2 techs from the now-closed Saab dealership. They know the swedish kwirks and how to fix. They order their parts from Saab. Now that Saab's dealer network is defunct, Upstate Imports allows you to own a swedish car and still feel confident that it will remain maintainable. This is not a cheap shade-tree outfit. Be prepared to pay similar to dealership prices. That being said, the techs are honest and have saved me from unnecessary service several times. This repair shop will also source used parts from goldwings (Saab junk yard) upon request. more

Friendly, professional, informative, quality service provided in a timely fashion. Dealt with cold weather issues prior to evaluation. They weren't afraid to adjust their diagnosis which saved us money. Called multiple times to keep us informed of work progress, provided options and even weighed in on the decision, at our request, and actually requested our permission prior to accomplishing the work. more

I was due for my inspection, called Tina, and they worked me right in. Jeff, Tina, Brian, and Doug were wonderful. I have consistently experienced excellent customer service, as well as precise technical advisement, every time I go to Upstate Imports for service. Reliable service 1/9/2014

Always get the job done during emergencies. However, I have a red dot on the console after having a light module circuit board replaced. Before having it services , I asked if they could reprogram the car if they put used or new parts in it as the BMW blogs suggested. They said they had the ability but now I have a red dot which is bad for resale. more

Fast and happy! 1/4/2014

Finally brought my 2005 Saab on a friend's recommendation as well as hearing your ads on WSYR. It was so to have someone have the parts in stock and knew what to do. Very friendly, reliable and reasonable! I have already recommended them to all my friends. more

Amazing 12/21/2013

Very prompt courteous service, answered all my questions and where very helpful and patient my car was a new purchase when I brought it in and as I suspected the issues that arose where that I had feared but they helped deduce the issues in no time and where very patient with the dealer whom I purchased from who took the better half of almost two weeks then decided they wanted to do the work themselves. So from my first short stint with upstate imports I can honestly say it's worth 5 stars from the people to the quaint little waiting room. Didn't get work through them but for a saab it's a reasonable price per hr more
