Poor customer service 9/7/2012

I've had one mailbox here for 12 years and two boxes for 5 years. Yet when a package came from Postal, there was 15 cents due. The package with my new car keys was sent back! Too cheap. No customer service! No appreciation nor respect for their customers. We go in daily to get out mail, yet the owner now two clerks could dig in their pocket for 15 cents! Shame, shame on all of you. more

problem with opening time 1/23/2011

If you need early morning service, this is not the place to go. They list their opening hours, but routinely open about 15 minutes later. By the time they get the doors open and the machines ready for use, it is 20-25 minutes later than when they say they will open. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful. more

The UPS Store in Milton/Edgewood - A+ service 8/26/2006

I have been using this store for various services for years. They offer packing, shipping, fax, copy, post office boxes, products, and really great customer service. I have had them pack up many breakable, large, and odd shaped items. They all arrived without problems. They know their stuff and how to insure the items are packed properly. I have literally sent the kitchen sink to the east coast! I really enjoy the polite and professional people there. I would have given them 5 stars but the prices can be high. For professional packing and occasional fax or copy it is convenient. The UPS store in Edgewood gets an A+ more
